Yesterday, I overheard someone saying that being healthy is a state of mind. That is only true to a point. Yes, it is correct that your state of mind is a key ingredient to being healthy, but there are also many, many other ingredients to that recipe. As I sit here writing this article, I find myself considering of the myriad of ways to improve one’s health: sleep more, stress less, take your vitamins, exercise, maintain a healthy diet, don’t smoke, don’t drink in excess, and so on.

There are forces which we can control regarding our health and ones we cannot control. Stressing about our health will not make us healthier, it will actually have the reverse effect. While most of us work at our jobs and work to live, very few of us live to work. Work doesn’t have to be so stressful nor does t have to be such a chore. You can take charge href=”http://www.thetakechargenetwork.com”>Take Charge, of your life by making a few small changes each day. First, you can take some time for yourself. Find a good book, take a long shower, go for a run, or as I like to do, play with my dogs. This is an excellent way to come a bit closer to finding balancehref=”http://www.thetakechargenetwork.com”>Take Charge, .
Secondly, you can get the right supplements for your body. Simply going into a drug store or grocery and selecting a “one size fits all” solution may be a start, but it is not the real answer. Each of us has a very different body chemistry and very different needs. Some of us may need more Vitamin D or Calcium while others need to fight harder against free radicals, which can impact both our health and our lifespan. Others may need more iron or other specific nutrients in our vitamins; but how can we find out what we truly need? One option, of course, is go to go the doctor and get tested for a number of things. The other option, however, which is must less invasive and just as detailed, is to find a customized solution that is made especially for your body.
While there are many companies out there that claim to have customized solutions, very few actually do. My husband and I did quite a bit of research on this and found that Ideal Health, which is now the Trump Networkhref=”http://www.thethinkbignetwork.com”>Trump Network, , is the premier customized solution in the industry. I checked with my doctor and showed him the detailed report and he told me that it would have cost me thousands (out of pocket, of course) for this type of information. In contrast, with one click of the mouse, a fedex envelope (it was included in the package) and a small urine sample first thing in the morning, I was on my way to finding out, from a medical lab, at a reasonable cost ($89) what nutrients my body needed and the quantities of each that were necessary. Once this was determined, the lab processed my information and created customized vitamins for me, which are shipped to me each month for less than I was paying for the “on size fits all” solutions at the supermarket.
Now, supplements aside, there are also other things one can do to improve his/her health. For those that wish to drop a few — or even more weight. My husband has been supplementing his meals with the Trump Network Silouhette Solutions href=”http://www.thethinkbignetwork.com”>Trump Network, (they are really yummy — esepcially the chips and the chocolate) since February and has lost a significant amount of weight. He has friends and family that are doing it, with minimal exercise as well, that are succeeding too! The keys to healthy eating are: nutritional choices, timing, portion control, and of course, variety. The solution my husband has been doing is easy….he eats three smaller meals per day with three snacks in-between. His exercise is minimal — unless you call walking our dogs a significant amount of exercise per day! However, it is important to note that his attitude is excellent, and really, that is a key component of what is helping him succeed. He has taken chargehref=”http://www.thetakechargenetwork.com”>taken charge, of his health and his lifestyle.
This may have started as a quest for a healthier life and a smaller waistline, but it has blossomed into a more balanced lifestyle complete with a much healthier blood chemistry and a smaller body. The best part of it all is that you, too, can achieve great things if you set your mind to what you desire and set achieveable goals for yourself along the way. If you are looking to find balanc, take charge of your lifestyle and your health, and to set achievale goals, I challenge you to visit the Take Charge Network href=”http://www.thetakechargenetwork.com”>Take Charge, and we will work with you to do more, feel better, and earn more than you ever thought possible.

20 Good Reasons for Being an Affiliate Marketer - Part two

By Mark Schwartz

In the first part of our post on Twenty Great Reasons for Being an Affiliate Marketer - Part 1, we covered ten great reasons on why you should think about becoming an Affiliate Marketer.

In this article we continue on with ten additional reasons.

By the way - if you have other reasons (Pro or Con) Id like to hear them from you.

Here goes

11. Worldwide Market: The Internet is the worlds biggest marketplace. You can drive more prospects to your internet store in a day, than a small-city merchant will realize in his or her brick and mortar store in a year. You can reach an amazingly huge audience of potential prospects,

12. No Products to Develop: You do not need to invest a lot of time in doing market research and then in building your own product. With affiliate programs, production costs aren’t an issue. This falls under the “no risk” category as well. If you are creating a product you need to be very thorough with your market research beforehand to be sure that You’re building something that will actually be bought. If you get it wrong it can cost tens of thousands of dollars in product development useless! Affiliates do not have much risk because they are only promoting products that someone else has paid to create. An internet affiliate marketer can replace products at any time. You can start affiliate marketing with no cash and make thousands of dollars just about every single month.

13. Zero Inventory: As an affiliate marketer you can put up for sale just about anything and never have to see it, lay a hand on it or stockpile it. All the items are shipped immediately from someone else other than you.

14. No Credit Card Accounts: Setting up a merchant account is time-consuming, costly and the majority often very bewildering (Gee, attempting to set up PayPal comes to mind.) However, affiliate marketers dont require merchant accounts. Merchants bear all the fees for payment processing, refunds, etc. As an affiliate, youll never have to be bothered about chargebacks, fraud or losing your merchant account.

15. Zero Order-Processing: You can put behind you the hassles associated with collecting and storing names, addresses, credit card numbers, etc. The merchant performs all the work involved with collecting and processing any order related particulars!

16. No Shipping: If you’ve ever been associated in a business that requires you to mail items you will know what a enormous annoyance this is. The time and cost it takes to prepare and ship products to customers worldwide is huge. Affiliates never have to worry about packaging supplies, shipping rates or delivery.

17. No Customer Service: Do you detest the likelihood of dealing with irritable persons and client complaints? do not worry about it! The merchant takes care of managing the complainers.

18. Many Income Streams: Depending on only one source of income can be risky, especially if it is a job. One of the keys to building affluence is to have numerous sources of income. Many affiliates who are making significant amounts of cash in affiliate marketing are mostly pushing different products across a variety of market segments at any given point in time. They don’t depend on one source of income and don’t have all their eggs in one basket.

19. High Income Possible: If you have a job., your salary is in all probability pre-determined and you can only exchange hours for dollars. There’s probably not much, other than working more hours, that you can do to enhance your take-home pay. With an affiliate marketing business your income potential is restricted only by your aspiration, effort and thinking. No other business that I am aware of is so economical to get going yet offers such great income potential.

20. Create Recurring Revenue: Affiliate marketing can be a relatively passive income, freeing you to spend extra time conducting the things you enjoy. Yes it takes time to get started, but once making enough you will be able to do what any decent business manager does: Designate. There is a colossal wealth of freelance talent available these days, and you can simply subcontract all but the nearly all crucial tasks.

Affiliate marketing is a giant opportunity and offers several advantages to the individual Internet entrepreneur whether you are a newbie or advanced Internet Marketer. Affiliate marketing is here to stay and is getting larger and bigger each day. Affiliate marketing is a really good way to be paid money online from the comfort of your own home. Do you know any other cash making system that gives you all of these rewards? If your answer is yes, I’d love to hear them.
